Read the definition of loss
A campaign may calculate net loss, exclude bonus stakes or apply a minimum qualifying loss. The deposit amount is not necessarily the cashback base. Record the calculation period and which games count.
Cash versus bonus
A credited reward may be withdrawable cash or a restricted bonus. A 10% headline says nothing about turnover without the terms. Illustratively, 10% of an eligible net loss of 80 is 8 before any cap or restriction.
Not loss protection
Cashback does not erase the underlying loss or make a session risk-free. A reward of 8 following an eligible loss of 80 still leaves 72 lost in the simple example.
